Davon Miller is a young published children's author best known for his children's book series titled Mr. Tickety-Toc Clock. As an infant, Davon was diagnosed with severe asthma, which forced him at times to be in and out of All Children's Hospital. He started writing and drawing stories at a very young age. He published his first book at the age of eleven in April of 2014. Davon was an active volunteer of the South Branch Library and the Ronald McDonald House while also continuing to donate some proceeds from book signings to John Hopkins All Children's Hospital in support of Asthma. In 2020, he launched #IMAGINE2020CHILDRENSTORIES, a campaign to help indie African American authors during the rise of #BlackLivesMatter. He currently hosts a radio segment on Joy on Paper.

Davon is a recipient of the Citizenship Award in the Tampa Bay’s Mayor’s Youth Showcase of Achievement (2019) and in 2021 became a Sunshine Ambassador for St. Petersburg, Fl. Davon has also been a partner with the Tampa Bay Rays for their Reading with the Rays program.
